Boating is another popular activity here, mainly because of the channel leading into the Vineyard and Nantucket Sounds. Once out of the channel, enjoy a range of watersports like sailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing!

There are five beaches within five miles of Green Pond! The closest are South Cape Beach, Mashpee Town Beach, Bristol Beach, and Falmouth Heights Beach.
Nearby Sea Farms Marsh is an 80-acre plot of quiet woodlands, marsh, and fields for hiking and birdwatching. Take in scenic views of the surrounding coves, hike the mile-long trail, or watch out for blue herons, osprey, cormorant, marsh hawk, and various ducks.
Boston is roughly an hour and a half from Green Pond and is an excellent choice for a day trip!
